Trademarks

Subject to your compliance with the terms of the Digital License Agreement (the “Agreement“) and solely in connection with your distribution of content via AlohaStream (the “Program“), Koa Aloha Media (“we” or “us“) hereby grants you, for the Term and in the Territory (each as defined in the Agreement), a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (the “Limited License“) to use the permitted trademarks and logos provided by us to you (those Koa Aloha Media trademarks and logos, collectively, the “Koa Aloha Media Marks“), subject to all usage requirements and solely in connection with the digital media promotion of the availability of your titles via AlohaStream.

You may not otherwise use any trademark, service mark, commercial symbol, or other proprietary right of Koa Aloha Media, issue press releases or other publicity relating to us or the AlohaStream program, or refer to Koa Aloha Media in any promotional materials without Koa Aloha Media express prior written consent or otherwise misrepresent the nature of the relationship with Koa Aloha Media in any way.
