Currently, all payouts are done via PayPal or check only. If PayPal is your selected method, you will receive your payout on the 15th following the end of a quarter. Checks will be mailed out the same day.

We report and payout quarterly.

1. First Quarter ends March 31; Payout April 15
2. Second Quarter ends June 30; Payout July 15
3. Third Quarter ends September 30; Payout October 15
4. Fourth Quarter ends December 31; Payout January 15

Royalty payments are calculated as follows:

1. AlohaStream.com licensed movies are paid out as follows:

• 70/30% profit share Between Koa Aloha Media and Licensed Films.
• 30% is distributed evenly between all films licensed specifically to AlohaStream.com
• This means, if one of the movies succeeds, all participants benefit.
• Note: Reporting begins first quarter of participation.

2. Movies licensed for physical media are paid out as follows:

• 25/75% profit share between Koa Aloha Media and individually Licensed Films
• 75% goes to the filmmaker; 25% goes to Koa Aloha Media
• Note: Reporting begins the quarter in which a title becomes available.

3. Digitally licensed movies are paid out as follows:

• 20/80% profit share between Koa Aloha Media and individually Licensed Films
• 80% goes to filmmaker; 20% goes to Koa Aloha Media
• Note: While this avenue tends to see the highest degree of revenue, it can also take the longest to develop.
