- Why don’t you have a free trial period? We keep our subscription rates very low and we pay our content providers/creators when their content is viewed!
- Do you have closed captions or subtitles? We have captions and subtitles on most of the movies on AlohaStream and we are working toward having captions on all of them in the near future. If a movie is playing during a festival-only event (such as the Spirit of Cinema Awards) we may only have captions if provided by the filmmakers.
- How do I cancel my membership? From the “Membership Account” you can select to cancel your membership. Your membership will be active until the next billing period.
- Can I get a refund? Sorry, no. We don’t offer refunds, but you can cancel before getting billed again.
